Massachusetts Licensed Commercial Counsel
Job Summary
Serving as a primary legal partner to the Global Procurement organization, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Commercial Counsel will lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex procurement agreements while providing additional support on sales agreements and other commercial matters, with the opportunity for remote work considered for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to the Global Procurement organization and business stakeholders on commercial matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate supply, contract manufacturing, lease, and other complex procurement agreements
- Drive continuous improvement of contract templates, negotiation strategies, and contract management processes
Required qualifications
- J.D. or equivalent with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of commercial contracting experience, preferably in procurement and/or sales agreements
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and issue-spotting skills
- Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and legal technology
