Massachusetts Licensed Commercial Risk VP
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Commercial Risk VP will lead and mentor Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and enhance client relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic leader, shaping client strategy and driving service excellence
- Lead and mentor Account Executives while managing a complex book of business
- Identify new business opportunities and drive client retention through proactive relationship management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, particularly with complex or high-value accounts
- Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
- Strong knowledge of risk management, carrier markets, and account strategy
- Proven ability to lead teams and strengthen client relationships
- Professional insurance designation such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, or AAI preferred
