Massachusetts Licensed Epic Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance Epic Professional Billing and Claims workflows, the full-time remote Massachusetts Licensed Epic Analyst will analyze, design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize application features while collaborating with operational stakeholders and mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Leads cross-functional projects, identifying barriers and ensuring tasks are completed within project management guidelines
- Develops and maintains partnerships with operational staff, providing subject matter expertise and facilitating application upgrade processes
- Investigates application issues and implements effective system fixes while participating in ticket triage and critical incident response
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification
- Approximately 2+ years of Epic Professional Billing analyst/build experience
- 3 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
- Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB configuration, workflow analysis, and troubleshooting
