Job Summary
Offering a flexible schedule, the part-time or full-time Massachusetts Licensed Hospice Veterinarian will provide compassionate in-home euthanasia and hospice care, allowing for meaningful interactions with families during their pets' final moments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services to pets and their families
- Manage a limited number of appointments each day to ensure quality care and attention
- Collaborate with a supportive team while practicing independently on the road
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance
- Willingness to choose weekend shifts that fit personal schedules
- Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review prior to start date
