Massachusetts Licensed Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Driving sales growth within an assigned territory, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Inside Sales Representative will engage virtually with small acute care hospitals to promote and manage Medtronic's respiratory and airway management products while working remotely and maintaining a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling and targeted sales campaigns
• Drive territory sales performance and achieve assigned sales objectives through virtual customer engagement and account management
• Analyze customer and sales performance data to prioritize opportunities and develop account plans

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6+ years, or a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities
