Job Summary
Driving new business development, the full-time Commercial Insurance Sales Producer will handle warm inbound leads, educate small and mid-sized business owners on coverage options, and sell commercial products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with warm leads to meet individual sales goals
- Sell various commercial insurance products, including General Liability and Workers' Compensation
- Document interactions and manage follow-ups using CRM tools while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in insurance
- Understanding or interest in commercial lines insurance
- Experience with CRM/sales platforms, such as Salesforce
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
