Job Summary
To support lab automation efforts, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Lab Automation Engineer will manage documentation and processes for lab automation equipment, configure and maintain computerized systems, and provide technical support for system-related issues in a GXP laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage documentation and processes for lab automation equipment and software
- Configure, maintain, and support computerized systems and software used in laboratory workflows
- Lead projects and provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders across the site
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory operations or laboratory informatics
- Hands-on experience with automation software and system integrations
- Working knowledge of laboratory/quality systems supporting Biologics and/or Cell Therapy operations
- Experience with data integrity, cyber security, and computer system validation principles
