Job Summary

To enhance educational content strategies, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Learning Manager will manage the development and improvement of higher education materials, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure alignment with learning standards and market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and update author content and pedagogy based on learning theory and career readiness
• Serve as a learning design expert, collaborating with editorial and product teams to enhance content quality
• Design and advocate for improvements in accessibility, equity, and inclusivity in learning materials

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-time work experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Educational or professional background in instructional design or learning design
• Experience in designing inclusive content for diverse audiences
• Teaching experience in higher education or career/technical education settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with applied AI
