Job Summary

To support the prescription refill line, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient inquiries and coordinate care remotely while ensuring high-quality service to patients and providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to online inquiries and incoming calls related to prescription refills
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with physicians and care teams across the health system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the healthcare experience for patients and referring providers

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office or customer service environment
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training demonstrating MA III competencies
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
