Job Summary

To support the prescription refill line, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Medical Assistant will manage patient inquiries and coordinate care with physicians and care teams in a remote setting while delivering high-quality service.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to online inquiries and incoming calls to ensure timely access to care for patients
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care effectively
• Utilize clinical knowledge and administrative skills to enhance the healthcare experience for patients and referring providers

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of experience in a medical office or customer service environment
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly
