Job Summary
Licensed as a Massachusetts Medicare Agent, the independent agent will work remotely to build a business focused on helping seniors navigate Medicare, utilizing provided leads and receiving comprehensive training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and assist seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare plans
- Participate in training through Connie Academy to understand Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
- Utilize provided leads and technology to drive sales and achieve performance milestones
Required qualifications
- Active health license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
- Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
- New to Medicare with less than one year of Medicare sales experience welcome
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
