Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner districts, while collaborating with school personnel and families to enhance mental health support systems in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students and school staff, typically for 2-4 months per student based on clinical need
- Engage in case discussions with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate effective mental health support
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, and families to address student mental health needs
Required qualifications
- Active Massachusetts license to provide mental health care (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD/PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth
- Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or motivational interviewing
- Access to reliable high-speed internet for remote work
- Availability to provide services during and after school hours, including evenings and weekends
