Massachusetts Licensed Nurse Auditor
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Clinical Quality Assurance Nurse Auditor will evaluate clinical information from healthcare providers, write detailed reports, and ensure compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate clinical information and write various reports, ensuring high quality and integrity
- Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports and ensure adherence to client specifications
- Provide insight and direction on consultant quality and assist in resolving customer complaints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing or related field, or a minimum of five years of related experience
- Current and unencumbered RN or LPN license
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and treatment protocols
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing skills of at least 40 W.P.M
