Massachusetts Licensed Personal Lines Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Personal Lines Manager will serve as the primary contact for personal line clients, managing day-to-day servicing and retention while ensuring high-quality customer service and timely delivery of services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal lines clients, including service, renewals, and account growth
- Educate clients on policy coverages, changes, and insurance needs while maintaining a paperless workflow
- Coordinate processing of renewals, endorsements, and other documentation with the team
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of Personal Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Firm working knowledge of personal lines coverages and services
- Experience with Agency Management Systems and Electronic Document Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe
