To support pharmacy utilization management programs, the remote Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Specialist will process prior authorization requests, interpret pharmacy benefits, and provide customer service to members and providers.

- Receive, process, and review prior authorization requests through various channels
- Apply clinical policy criteria and accurately document medical and pharmacy information

Required qualifications

- Two or more years of experience in a professional or pharmacy setting
- Ability to multitask and maintain accurate case documentation
