Job Summary

To support evening virtual patient care, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Physician Assistant will evaluate and manage patient concerns through virtual encounters, provide clinical recommendations, and facilitate appropriate patient dispositions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patient concerns through virtual encounters and provide clinical recommendations
• Participate in evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage schedules while managing patient calls
• Serve as a clinical resource for support staff and colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment

Required qualifications

• Current Massachusetts licensure as a Physician Assistant
• Current DEA registration and controlled substance prescribing privileges, as applicable
• BLS certification
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in primary care or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
