Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Primary Care Physician for a full-time remote role, who will conduct virtual visits addressing a range of primary care needs, establish strong patient relationships, and collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits for acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care needs
• Establish and maintain strong patient relationships to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with virtual care teams and supervise NP or PA colleagues as part of the care team

Required qualifications

• Currently licensed in Massachusetts with willingness to obtain additional state licensure
• Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans for certification
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
