Job Summary
To support the Big Friends Little Friends Mentoring program, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Program Supervisor will manage program coordination, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mentoring services in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide supervision and overall coordination for the BFLF Mentoring Program
- Orient, train, supervise, and evaluate staff and volunteers to achieve program goals
- Analyze program data to identify trends and inform program improvements
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a human service or comparable field of study or 5 years' equivalent work experience
- Background/experience in mentoring and/or youth development
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations and trainings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management
- Experience working with diverse communities, including the Latinx community
