Job Summary

Leading clinical care in the Behavioral Health Division, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Psychiatry Chair will oversee patient care quality, align clinical activities with organizational goals, and foster a collaborative environment while working primarily onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures high-quality, patient-centric care and effective communication of organizational goals to staff
• Supervises clinical staff, promoting teamwork and managing conflicts while maintaining adequate coverage and staffing
• Develops and implements business and marketing plans to enhance service delivery and community engagement

Required qualifications:

• Board certified and fully licensed in Massachusetts, actively practicing in the area of specialty
• 5+ years of experience as a respected clinician with supervisory experience
• Business planning and operational experience in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated leadership in fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Understanding of managed care and the changing healthcare industry
