Job Summary
To support a large-scale Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) environment, the mostly remote Massachusetts Licensed QA Analyst will lead quality assurance efforts, including functional validation, integration testing, and regression testing, with one day per month required onsite in Quincy, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute various testing types, including functional, integration, and regression testing for healthcare applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide root cause analysis for identified issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) or QA Testing experience
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare, Medicaid, or MMIS systems
- Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing
- Hands-on SQL experience using Oracle SQL Developer or comparable tools
- Experience working within Agile and SDLC environments
