Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Massachusetts Licensed Recovery Coach, fluent in Spanish, who will engage members through phone/video calls and digital support, develop wellness plans, and contribute to the design of digital interventions while working remotely during evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members via scheduled calls, texts, and digital support groups to promote wellness
• Develop comprehensive wellness plans in collaboration with members and care teams using evidence-based tools
• Document member interactions and share personal lived experiences to support recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Peer Specialist or Recovery Coach
• Certification as an Addiction Recovery Coach in Massachusetts
• Reliable internet access in a private space
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
