Key responsibilities
- Engage members via scheduled calls, texts, and digital support groups to promote wellness
- Develop comprehensive wellness plans in collaboration with members and care teams using evidence-based tools
- Document member interactions and share personal lived experiences to support recovery efforts
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Peer Specialist or Recovery Coach
- Certification as an Addiction Recovery Coach in Massachusetts
- Reliable internet access in a private space
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
