Job Summary

Transitioning into their final year of residency, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Resident Physician will engage in a customized program focused on primary care, benefiting from mentorship and exposure to value-based care models while securing a post-residency employment agreement.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a tailored program that enhances final training months and alleviates job search stress
• Gain insights into the Quadruple Aim framework and population health initiatives
• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to facilitate the transition from training to practice

Required qualifications:

• Must be a PGY2 or PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician
• Must be transitioning into the final year of residency or fellowship
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts
