Job Summary
Supervising a team of RN Reviewers, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed RN Team Lead will manage assessment reviews for quality and compliance, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to Mass Health Rating Categories while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Hires, trains, and monitors the productivity of assessment review nurses
- Maintains expert knowledge of the MA assessment process and ensures high-quality assessments are submitted on time
- Collaborates with management to analyze claims and identify opportunities for rating category improvements
Required qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts in good standing
- Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of experience completing MDS assessments
- Two years of experience with electronic medical records
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
