Job Summary
To support a vibrant account servicing team, the fully remote Massachusetts Licensed Senior Account Manager will manage the renewal and marketing process, lead open enrollment presentations, and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with Advisors and Account Executives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal and marketing process from inception to completion, working closely with Account Executives and Advisors
- Lead open enrollment presentations and oversee the communication process to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives, ensuring effective service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required
- BA/BS preferred
- More than five years of industry and product line experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
