Job Summary

To support a growing medical affairs team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Senior Associate in Product Information/Claims Support will manage key projects aimed at improving quality and productivity, while ensuring compliance and accuracy in product information and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvement projects to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction
• Develop and coordinate the performance excellence vision and ensure buy-in from decision makers for successful project execution
• Provide medical support by reviewing product information, labeling, and training materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated environment
• Experience in labeling and artwork management within personal products
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation
