Massachusetts Licensed Staff Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the Commercial organization, the remote Massachusetts Licensed Staff Recruiter will independently manage complex hiring processes for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Operations, acting as a strategic talent advisor while utilizing data and AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent advisor, translating business strategies into hiring needs and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent while managing hiring manager expectations and timelines
• Utilize AI and recruiting technology to streamline processes, analyze hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in complex and senior-level searches
• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, with a focus on Commercial talent in biotech or life sciences
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage hiring processes effectively
• Hands-on experience with recruiting technology, including advanced knowledge of Greenhouse and AI tools
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
