Job Summary

Partnering with hiring leaders, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop diverse talent pipelines, and serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
• Develops and maintains diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing strategies and community partnerships
• Consults with hiring leaders on role requirements, candidate assessment, and internal mobility opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Rogue Hire's Certified Recruiter certification required or to be achieved within one year of employment
• Two to four years of related recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Proficient in using ATS/CRM tools and sourcing candidates through various platforms
• Excellent relationship-management skills with the ability to influence hiring leaders
