Massachusetts Licensed Virtual Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral healthcare practice, the part-time or full-time Massachusetts Licensed Virtual Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic services via telehealth, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver effective interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy

Required qualifications

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW or LMHC)
• Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy
• Ability to manage clients effectively in virtual settings, adapting interventions to a telehealth environment
• Comfort and competence with technology, including navigating HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
