Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Massachusetts or Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel will negotiate complex SaaS and technology-related contracts, advise on data protection and compliance, and provide business-focused legal advice in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft corporate and commercial contracts, particularly B2B technology agreements
- Identify and manage contractual risks while balancing commercial priorities with long-term considerations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal matters and support commercial objectives
Required qualifications
- Licensed attorney in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania
- 5-7+ years of legal experience, preferably in a transactional practice at a major U.S. law firm
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple negotiations and a high volume contract pipeline
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with effective communication abilities
