Massachusetts Performance Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support the planning and implementation of the Department's Strategic Plan to Advance Racial Equity, the full-time salaried Massachusetts Performance Strategy Manager will manage performance measurement, quality improvement initiatives, and data analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, validation, and reporting of the Strategic Plan to Advance Racial Equity Performance Management System
• Develop and maintain systems to track quality improvement initiatives and analyze project trends to identify organizational priorities
• Create dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools to support performance measurement and quality improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in public health, performance measurement, or quality improvement at the national, state, or local level
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations, preferably with Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, or STATA
• Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and engaging in strategic partnerships
