Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- 5 years of people management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
