Job Summary
To support the Summer Work and Travel program, the full-time Regional Placement Coordinator will drive placement growth, manage relationships with host employers, and ensure a high-quality experience for participants and hosts while working remotely from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across multiple program offerings
- Identify and support host families and local coordinators to provide housing solutions for participants
- Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers and expand placement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to analyze metrics to create effective strategies
