Job Summary
To drive meaningful business transformation for growing organizations, the full-time Master Consultant, HubSpot Solutions will lead complex CRM implementations, serve as a trusted advisor to executives, and mentor team members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex HubSpot and Creatio implementations from discovery through deployment and optimization
- Partner with client leaders to assess business processes and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Mentor consultants and technical team members, providing design guidance and delivery coaching
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant professional services experience, or 10+ years in a related industry with at least 1+ years in professional services
- Advanced experience leading end-to-end CRM implementations, including architecture and deployment
- Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, reporting, and integrations
- At least one advanced certification aligned with the primary product or solution area
