Job Summary
To operationalize the enterprise Master Data model, the full-time remote Master Data Manager will oversee governance, standards, data quality, and lifecycle controls across various data domains while collaborating with business data owners and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise Master Data strategy into practical standards, procedures, and implementation plans
- Facilitate the Data Governance Council by preparing agendas, decision materials, and administering approved standards across data domains
- Establish and enforce enterprise data definitions, validation rules, and operating procedures in alignment with governance policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in Master Data management, data governance, or ERP-enabled business processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a comparable ERP system, with a focus on Master Data
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, lifecycle management, and internal controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data-analysis tools; experience with governance tools is preferred
