Materials Lean Leader

Job Summary

Driving process improvements and inventory reductions, the full-time Materials Lean Leader will develop and execute a lean roadmap for the materials organization while collaborating with leadership and supply chain partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the lean roadmap for materials management, ensuring alignment with business targets
• Collaborate with planners to integrate pull/replenishment systems for seamless supply chain operations
• Coach teams on lean materials systems and facilitate communication between internal factories and external suppliers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean and/or Materials
• Lean Materials experience, including standard work, material presentation, and kanban
• Knowledge of manufacturing and inventory management disciplines
• Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification is preferred
