Maternal Health Specialty Care Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing maternal health initiative, the full-time salaried Maternal Health Specialty Care Manager will manage operational coordination for contracted specialists, ensuring compliance and performance across various roles, while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee documentation and service level agreement enforcement for contracted specialists, conducting audits and escalating compliance issues as necessary
• Act as the primary liaison with the Licensing, Credentialing & Enrollment department, maintaining accurate credentialing records and roster compliance
• Lead recruitment efforts for new specialists, conducting interviews and representing the organization at community recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in care coordination, maternal health operations, or contractor panel administration
• Proficiency with digital care systems and electronic health records (e.g., Athena Health, Spruce, Acuity)
• Willingness to participate in a structured on-call rotation for active labor support
• Experience in evaluating contractor candidates and conducting structured interviews
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
