Math Director
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and development of the Game Mathematics function, the full-time Math Director will oversee departmental performance, mentor Game Mathematicians, and ensure the design of mathematically sound online slot games in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategy, standards, and priorities for online slot-game mathematics across the product portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and develop Game Mathematicians while strategically assigning resources across the game portfolio
- Oversee the design and approval of slot math models, ensuring alignment with player experience and product goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 10+ years of experience in iGaming mathematics or slot-game development with a track record of launching approved games
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and mathematics functions across multiple games or markets
- Expert knowledge of slot mathematics, including RTP, volatility, and prize distributions
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, or Python
