MD/WA Licensed Escrow Officer

Job Summary

As a remote MD/WA Licensed Escrow Officer, the successful candidate will manage the escrow closing process, ensuring compliance with lender instructions and title insurance requirements while serving as the single point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage real estate closing transactions, exercising independent judgment and expertise
• Prepare all necessary closing documents to ensure title insurance is issued at closing
• Confirm accuracy of all funds, documents, and legal information prior to disbursement and recording

Required qualifications:

• Must be located in MD or WA
• Experience in the title and escrow industry
• Familiarity with refinance transactions and requirements
• Knowledge of the escrow process and mortgage lending regulations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
