MDM Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time AI-Ready Endpoint & MDM Engineer will evaluate, operate, and maintain the global endpoint environment while utilizing agentic AI and modern configuration management to automate the administration of the company's unified endpoint ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments tailored to various user personas and workload requirements
- Implement FinOps best practices to optimize cloud performance and reduce costs through dynamic resource management and auto-scaling strategies
- Develop and maintain management software across a diverse fleet of endpoints, ensuring compliance and security through effective MDM platform management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 to 6 years of related IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on endpoint systems administration and MDM platform management
- Hands-on expertise with multiple UEM/MDM platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Google MDM, and Automox
- Proficiency in managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and understanding cloud FinOps principles
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and API integration
