Job Summary

To shape the future of clean nuclear energy, a Mechanical Engineer will work remotely on a contract basis, leading cross-functional system design, validation, and integration while leveraging over 4 years of experience in a regulated industry.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system design activities, including specifications, FMEA evaluations, and licensing support
• Manage product and system requirements while driving verification, validation, and system-level testing
• Conduct cross-functional component and product integration to enhance overall performance and operability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience in a regulated industry, with knowledge of nuclear safety and quality standards
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, SRO license, or experience in nuclear plant/radwaste environments
