Job Summary
Leading complex engineering projects, the full-time remote Technical Manager - Mechanical Engineering will provide hands-on technical direction and mentorship to a team of senior engineers while managing multiple projects from concept through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple mechanical engineering projects, ensuring technical quality, schedule, cost, and customer expectations are met
- Provide technical leadership in mechanical design, concept generation, and engineering problem solving
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, promoting good engineering practices and quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in mechanical engineering and product development

- Experience with CAD/CAE tools and engineering analysis software
