Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing construction team, the hybrid Mechanical Project Manager will oversee project documentation, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while balancing scope, time, and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and prepare construction budgets by analyzing plans and specifications
• Schedule and lead project hand-off meetings, ensuring all necessary job information is collected before construction begins
• Collaborate with field supervisors to build and manage project schedules, ensuring financial success through effective cost management

Required qualifications

• Previous work experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is considered an asset
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects and knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in a leadership role
