Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Media Analyst will conduct news media monitoring, manage quality control processes, and support business development efforts while adhering to early-morning reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a robust quality-control process and lead process improvements to streamline workflows
- Identify and clip agency-relevant news articles using platforms such as Meltwater and LexisNexis, and summarize news clips concisely
- Support proposal development by gathering information, drafting content, and contributing to strategy meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media monitoring
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex information
- Working knowledge of media monitoring tools such as Meltwater and LexisNexis
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects independently
