Key responsibilities
- Lead media investment planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and providing performance updates

- Manage and mentor a small team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to foster professional development
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in media buying across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital channels
- Proven track record of leveraging partner relationships to negotiate high-value media opportunities
- Experience leading a team and balancing hands-on work with oversight
- Direct experience with industry platforms such as DSPs and ad servers
- Baseline knowledge of incrementality testing and cross-channel measurement approaches
