Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Media Production Coordinator, this hybrid role based in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area will manage photo and video productions from pre-production through final delivery, coordinating schedules, talent, locations, and logistics while ensuring alignment with campaign goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate photo and video productions, managing schedules, timelines, and logistics
• Communicate project details and updates to internal teams and external partners
• Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items to maintain production schedules

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating photo, video, or other media productions
• Hands-on experience with production scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to production challenges
