Medicaid Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and results-driven, the full-time Medicaid Billing Supervisor will oversee accounts receivable, Medicaid billing, and revenue cycle functions across a multi-state portfolio of senior living communities, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Oversee Medicaid billing operations, including eligibility verification and claim submission across multiple states
• Provide training and operational support to staff on Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare revenue cycle, accounts receivable, or Medicaid billing experience
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and managed care billing
• Experience with claim submission and denial management in healthcare settings
