Medicaid Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team within Medicaid Health Plan Compliance, the full-time remote Medicaid Compliance Consultant will manage external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and coordinate compliance activities in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, including document collection and quality reviews
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing audit findings
• Assist in the implementation of compliance efforts and monitor regulatory changes for adherence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
• Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of compliance management
• Ability to conduct compliance investigations and develop corrective action plans
