Medicaid Compliance Consultant IV

Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time remote Medicaid Compliance Consultant IV will manage coordination and audit management for external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and assist with compliance investigations and project management.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage external regulatory audits, collaborating with various departments for document collection and audit submissions
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing audit information for management review
• Conduct compliance investigations, analyzing data and providing input for corrective action plans based on findings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or related fields
• Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
• Knowledge of compliance management and regulatory standards
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings effectively
