Medicaid Compliance Director

Job Summary

Leading the Regulatory Compliance Management Program for the U.S. Dental Business Unit, the full-time remote Medicaid Compliance Director will oversee compliance activities, manage regulatory risks, and provide guidance on Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial dental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Dental Regulatory Compliance Management Program, including compliance issue management and monitoring activities
• Identify and analyze emerging laws and regulations impacting Medicaid and Medicare, translating requirements into business processes
• Collaborate with business leaders and compliance teams to strengthen compliance risk management and support regulatory examinations and audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management within a healthcare organization
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial dental regulatory requirements
• Experience working directly with regulators and managing compliance audits and remediation activities
• Proficiency in governance, risk, and compliance systems, with a preference for Archer experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business intelligence tools
