Medicaid Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent projects, the contract Medicaid Project Manager will oversee complex Medicaid Enterprise and healthcare technology initiatives in a fully remote capacity, ensuring successful execution through effective communication and project performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects
• Serve as the primary liaison to clients for all project activities, communications, risks, and decisions
• Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including status reports and risk logs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Direct experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)
• Experience managing the implementation and operations of Medicaid or major healthcare payer projects
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiatives and healthcare IT
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and integration efforts
